On 5th February 2022, the Mechanical Department hosted an enlightening event, "Bharatmala," dedicated to shedding light on one of India's most ambitious infrastructure initiatives. This event provided students with valuable insights into the Bharatmala project, which aims to transform India's road network and boost economic growth. it was an immersive exploration of the ambitious road development program launched by the Government of India. Participants delved into the strategic vision, scope, and significance of this transformative infrastructure initiative.

On May 31, 2021, the Mechanical Department of our college hosted a momentous event, "ORIENTATION 2021," a day filled with inspiration and insights for our aspiring mechanical engineers. The event was graced by Mr. Alin Amrulla, the esteemed BAJA 19 Captain of SAE TKMCE and a distinguished Vehicle Testing Engineer at ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India). it was a beacon of engineering excellence, where students were motivated to embark on a path of innovation, continuous learning, and embracing leadership in the mechanical engineering domain. Participants embarked on an interactive exploration of logos that represent iconic brands, ranging from multinational corporations to local favorites. "Logoman" celebrated the significance of logos as powerful visual representations of brand identities and the importance of branding in the corporate world.

We are thrilled to announce that Team ELECTROCROSS, a group of exceptionally talented students from our Mechanical Department, achieved remarkable success in the prestigious SAE Electric Two-Wheeler Design Competition 2020-21 held in April 2021. The team secured an impressive All India Rank of 15 and a stellar All Kerala Rank of 3, making us immensely proud of their achievements. The SAE Electric Two- Wheeler Design Competition is a highly competitive platform that challenges student teams to design, build, and race electric-powered two-wheelers. Team ELECTROCROSS exhibited their engineering brilliance, innovative thinking, and unwavering dedication, making a significant impact in the competition.
