The Mechanical Association was inaugurated with great enthusiasm. Mr. Jimmy Mathew, Associate Director of NPICL Mumbai, inaugurated the event. The Principal of GCEK assumed the role of President. Nishanth K, Assistant Professor, delivered a warm welcome speech. Sreehari C, Union Chairman, and V Vinod Kumar, Union Advisor, were felicitated. Anand Shaji, Mech Association Secretary, extended heartfelt gratitude in the vote of thanks. On 5th September 2019, the college celebrated Teachers' Day. During the celebration, teachers were honored for their dedication and hard work. Students expressed their appreciation by presenting portraits they had painted, showcasing their gratitude and respect.
-Farewell Program "Exhaust Stroke" for Senior Students 08-05-2019
The senior students of the Mechanical Department bid farewell in a grand ceremony named "Exhaust Stroke." The event was presided over by President Anand Shaji and inaugurated by Dr. Sooraj P, the honorable Head of the Department. Distinguished guests, including Sreehari C, the College Union Chairman, Dr. Govindan, Staff Advisor of the Mechanical Association, and Amal Balu, former Secretary of the Mech Association, graced the occasion. The farewell program included a procession, various activities, and the conduct of Kinapacha as a part of the celebration.
