2026 IEEE 5th International Conference on Signal Processing, Informatics, Communication and Energy Systems (IEEE SPICES 2026), is a flagship event of the IEEE Kerala Section. The conference is jointly organized with the Government College of Engineering, Kannur and will be held at the same institution during October 9–11, 2026. The conference theme, “AI, Smart Energy and Communication Technologies for Sustainable Development,” highlights the role of intelligent and sustainable technologies in shaping future digital and energy ecosystems. IEEE SPICES 2026 provides a global platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and practitioners to exchange ideas and present innovations in areas including Signal Processing, Communication, Computer Science, Energy Systems, Instrumentation & Control, Robotics, and Smart Cities. The technical program features keynote speeches, plenary talks, regular technical sessions, and special sessions.
