The Training and Placement cell functioning in this college is entrusted with the responsibility of:

1. Guiding students for placement in credible organizations
2. Conducting seminars, group discussions, mock interviews as a part of career guidance and personality development.
3. Coordinating the efforts of the various departments in arranging industrial training for the students.
4. Acting as an information center for students regarding job opportunities and competitive exams like GATE,GRE, CAT etc.

The Training and Placement cell is headed by the placement coordinator who is supported by four members , one from each engineering department in addition to student representatives from all engineering associations. The cell is in charge of providing the finest service to all the companies visiting the campus in their search for qualified professionals from various streams of engineering. The available amenities include a spacious test hall with a seating capacity of 150 students , OHP ,LCD, TV , VCR , video projectors , a seminar hall for briefing and a conference hall for conducting interviews. It is also in charge of corresponding with various companies with a view to invite them to the college for campus recruitment.
